Questions

The ones people actually ask.

If yours isn't here, ask us. We'll answer plainly.

Answers

Everything we get asked.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most people aren't home for a clean and it isn't a problem. We'll arrange access once — a code, a lockbox, a gate pass — and after that you don't need to do anything. The photos after each clean show you what was done.

Will it be the same cleaner every time?

Yes. That's the point of how we're set up. If your cleaner is ever unavailable we'll tell you in advance and ask before sending anyone else.

What if I'm not happy with a clean?

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the areas you're unhappy with at no charge.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes. Your cleaner brings everything. If you'd prefer we use products you've bought — a particular floor cleaner, something fragrance-free — leave them out and let us know.

When am I charged?

We place a temporary hold on your card a day or two before the clean, and charge it only after the job is finished. The hold may show on your statement before the charge does.

What about my pets?

They can stay. Tell us their names and anything we should know when you book. If you'd rather they were closed in one room, say which.

How do I reschedule, skip or cancel?

From your account, without calling anyone. Recurring plans have no contract and no cancellation fee. We ask for 24 hours' notice where you can manage it, so your cleaner isn't left with an unpaid gap.

Are you insured?

Not yet. General liability cover is being arranged and we'll say so here, and send a certificate on request, the day it's in force. We'd rather tell you that than put a badge on the page.

My community requires a vendor pass. Can you handle that?

Yes. Tell us which community when you book and we'll arrange it before the first visit.

Should I tip?

It isn't expected — your cleaner keeps 55% of what you pay. If you'd like to, you can add a tip in your account and it goes to them in full.
