The same cleaner every visit
Not a rotating crew. You'll know who is coming, and they'll know your house — which door sticks, which room the dog sleeps in, how you like the bed made.
A flat price, not an hourly rate
We price the house, not the hour. Your price is your price, and it can't run over because a room took longer than expected.
Two references, checked
We call both of them, and we only work with cleaners who already run their own business. Insurance and bonding are being arranged now. We publish a credential on this page the day it is in force, and not a day before.
Photos after every clean
Before and after, every room, sent to you when the job is finished. You'll see exactly what was done whether or not you were home.
A limited number of homes
We take on a limited number of Parkland homes so that every client keeps the same cleaner. When we're full, there's a waiting list.

How each one works.
The same cleaner, every visit
Franchises rotate crews. It's efficient for them and it means a stranger in your house every time, re-learning where things go. We assign one cleaner to your home and keep them there. If they're ever unavailable we'll tell you in advance and ask before sending someone else.
How cleaners are vetted

Every cleaner works as an independent professional running their own business, not a temp we assigned.
Background checks, insurance and bonding are being arranged now. We publish a credential on this page the day it is in force, and not a day before. If that matters to you before you book, ask us where each one stands and we'll tell you straight.
Why we cap how many homes we take
Consistency doesn't scale infinitely. Keeping the same cleaner on the same route means only taking on as many homes as our cleaners can hold. When we're full, we say so.
The photo report
Before and after, every room, from the same doorway, uploaded before your cleaner leaves. It's how you see the work whether or not you were home. It's also protection for the cleaner — a documented record of the condition they arrived to and the condition they left.
If it isn't right
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the areas you're unhappy with, at no charge. No argument, no negotiation over what was in scope.
Straightforward terms
No contract. No cancellation fee. Card on file, charged after the clean — never before. You can reschedule or skip from your account without calling anyone.
